Family Holiday

Scott Island is a private island, part of the Southern Gulf Islands, close to Vancouver Island. It is entirely self contained, and offers family holidays in absolute privacy in very beautiful and quiet surroundings. There are uninterrupted beautiful views of Vancouver Island three miles across the channel, and its often snow capped mountains.

The residence has just been enlarged and modernised to high standards for the benefit of discerning parties of guests, who are met by the island boat and brought to the recently built harbour.

The island caretakers are Bob and Dorothy Day, who live in a separate wing of the residence. They will help guests in any way they can and Bob operates the 28' island boat, which provides free access to Chemainus.
